Terms & Conditions

To enable buying facility we request you to take out some time to understand few key points on the terms, under which sale is affected. Some of the terms are in the nature of systems, as per the nature defined therein and form part of terms of sale.

1.	Basic terms:
a)	Once a diamond is confirmed by a customer for         purchase, the same is not cancelable.
b)	Goods will be invoiced only in the name in which         goods are Confirmed.
c)	Goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment by our         bank. 
d)	Goods once sold are not subject to return or         exchange.

2.	Grading disclaimer:
a)	Venus Jewel sells every diamond with the Venus         Grading Report (VGR) and there is no guarantee that          the grading results of the diamond sold would          necessarily match with those of any of the laboratory.
b)	Venus Jewel does not guarantee that the grading          results of the diamond sold given by it would          necessarily match with those of any of the external          laboratories
c)	Venus Jewel sells every diamond only under the          Venus Grading Report (VGR) and no certification of          external laboratories is offered.

3.	Shipment Incentive System:-
Client will be entitled for an incentive @ 9% P.A, calculated on daily basis for export of goods affected within 7 days of purchase of the goods. Likewise, if the export of goods is affected after 7 days, a demurrage will be charged. 

4.      Payment Incentive System:- 
If payment is received prior to the due date, an incentive @ 12 % P.A worked out on daily basis shall be given like wise interest will be charged @ 12% P.A. worked out on daily basis if the payment is received after the due date. Above adjustments (+)/(-) shall be reflected in the subsequent invoice by way of charge or credit. The manner of working of incentive and demurrage charges may change from time to time, without any prior notice.
